The purpose of this study is to propose a life satisfaction model that can comprehensively understand the industrially injured workers¡¯ life satisfaction level, and to analyze both direct and indirect influences of the multi-dimensional aspects like physical, psychological, and vocational factors on industrially injured workers¡¯ satisfaction of life from the viewpoint of medical, psychological, and vocational rehabilitation by applying a structural equation.
The results indicates that all models have significant influences, except the path of ¡®Physical factor ¡æ Life Satisfaction" based on the sample of 1,704 people of ¡°The Third Injured Workers" Compensation Insurance Panel Data¡± acquired by applying SPSS 24.0 and Amos 7.0. By further examination of the relative effect of the factors on life satisfaction of the workers, it is confirmed that the psychological factor had a greater impact on life satisfaction than the factors of vocational, physical.
